Joining Shete's is a straightforward and transparent journey. We focus on understanding a student's current standing and aspirations to ensure they are placed in the right program for maximum growth.

Step 1: Inquiry & Counseling
The journey begins with a conversation. Visit our centers or fill out our online inquiry form.
  • Personalized Counseling: Meet our academic counselors to discuss your educational goals, challenges, and subject requirements.
  • Course Information: Get a detailed walkthrough of our curriculum, batch timings, and faculty profiles.

Step 2: Diagnostic Assessment (Optional)
To better understand a student's foundational knowledge, we may conduct a short Learning Gap Analysis.
  • Purpose: This is not an "entrance test" to filter students out, but a tool to help us customize our teaching approach for the student.
  • Feedback: We provide a brief report to parents regarding the student’s strengths and areas that need immediate attention.

Step 3: Demo Class
We believe in a "try-before-you-enroll" philosophy.
  • Students are invited to attend a live demo session to experience our teaching methodology, interact with the faculty, and get a feel for the classroom environment.

Step 4: Enrollment & Documentation
Once you are satisfied, the formal enrollment process involves:
  • Application Form: Filling out the student profile and emergency contact details.
  • Documents Required: * Two recent passport-size photographs.
    A copy of the previous year’s marksheet (for academic tracking).
    A copy of a valid ID proof (Aadhar Card).

Step 5: Onboarding with Software
At Shete's, we use the ERP system to keep everything organized.
  • ID Generation: You will be assigned a unique Student ID.
  • App Access: Download the Shete's mobile app to track attendance, access digital study materials, and receive fee receipts.
  • Welcome Kit: Receive your customized study material, bag, schedule, and academic calendar.

Fee Structure & Payment
We offer flexible payment options to ensure quality education remains accessible:
  • Installment Plans: Monthly or quarterly payment schedules are available.
  • Digital Payments: Secure payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking.
  • Transparency: No hidden costs. All material and library fees are disclosed upfront.
